The location is excellent, right on the bustling Walking Street, yet surprisingly quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice layout, ideal for families. the service was confusing. breakfast coupons were mistakenly given multiple times, creating unnecessary hassle. The pool area left much to be desired, looking uninviting with its greenish water. The lifts were also unreliable, which can be a concern when staying on higher floors.
